Blanca
was bred by Covey Run as part of our
"B" litter, and was
whelped in Aug. 2004. Blanca's
dam is Queen von der Rorner Heide,
a German import owned by us at Covey
Run Kennels, and her sire is Bojar z
Boleskavské
Písčiny, a Czech import, owned by Scott Sorenson of vom
Adlerberg Kennels. Blanca has
been fully vaccinated and wormed,
and has been started on her basic
obedience training. She is pointing
and shows a lot of promise as a
natural retriever. She will be
eligible to participate in the NADKC
Derby test and/or JGV-USA VJP test
this spring. She is crate and leash
trained and is accustomed to riding
in a vehicle. Blanca is very sweet-natured, and is excellent with
children and other dogs. Blanca's
price is negotiable
to the right hunting and/or testing

"Fee" is a liver/white ticked female, imported by Covey Run in 2001 from Zwinger vom Thüringer Zipfel in Germany. Fee has lovely conformation and a terrific temperament. She stands 23.5 inches at the shoulder and weighs just over 50 pounds. She has successfully completed her NADKC Derby Test, exhibiting the type of strong desire and prey drive that we have grown to admire in the German dogs. She practically taught herself to be steady
to wing and flush. She is eligible
to run in the NADKC AZP test
now. Fee's training has
included upland game bird work,
furred game, waterfowl, tracking,
and blood trailing, and she is ready
to hunt this fall. She has been
force-broken to retrieve. Fee's
price is negotiable
to the right hunting and/or testing
home.
